Sharma of the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, India, report that candle soot could be used to create a much cheaper, more long lasting, and energy efficient battery for electric vehicles, due to it’s ability to conduct electricity.
This would be exciting news for the industry, as batteries are incredibly expensive, difficult to make, and don’t last very long.
